Our team relies on classic distilling methods and traditions of the Eastern Shore. Springhill Distillery only uses locally-sourced corn and other choice ingredients. Our team first mashes these ingredients, then ferments and distills them in our pot still. We monitor every step of the distilling process to ensure the highest quality standards for our spirits. Our ultimate goal is to distill American made spirits that you will enjoy time and time again.

We produce small batches of corn whiskey, both traditional and flavored whiskey. As we grow, aged spirits and more varieties will be made available. Let us know what you would love to see made and we will explore opportunities. We are making "moonshine" corn whiskey. Grain to glass, handcrafted, both pure and flavored.
